Consultant Urological Surgeon Mr Georgios Papadopoulos completed his higher surgical training in Urology in Greece and he sub-specialised at a high volume Endourology and Stone leading University Hospitals in the London Region and Brighton. Mr Papadopoulos is Specialist in the Surgical Treatment of Stones of the Urinary Tract and Endoscopic Management of Benign and Malignant Urological Diseases.
Mr Papadopoulos was appointed as Consultant Urological Surgeon at Kent and Canterbury Hospital in 2015
NHS Practice
Within the NHS Mr Papadopoulos is the Lead Surgeon of Non Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer. He is a passionate expert in Endourology and General Urology and has a Specialist Interest in Endoscopic Management of Bladder Cancer, Urinary Stones and Enlargement of the prostate. He is a core member of the Bladder Cancer Multi-disciplinary Team at the Kent and Canterbury Hospital.

In Mr Papadopoulos Private Practice he performs a variety of Urology Operations and Diagnostic procedures. These include: Flexible Cystoscopy, Rigid cystoscopy, Prostate Surgery (Transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP),Minimally Invasive Procedure for enlargement of the prostate (UROLIFT) , Bladder surgery (Transurethral resection of bladder tumour (TURBT), Bladder biopsies, Bladder Neck Incision), Peno Scrotal surgery (Circumcision, Frenuloplasty, Vasectomy(male sterilisation), Urethral Surgery (Optical Urethrotomy, Urethral dilatation), Kidney and Ureteric Stones Surgery (Rigid/Flexible Ureteroscopy and laser fragmentation of Kidney stones, Cystolitholopaxy), Suprapubic Catheter insertion and Insertion/Removal of Ureteric stents.
